Delivery times.
Shipping costs are free, our delivery times are generally 14 to 21 working days from the date of the order. If another delivery method is offered, the delivery time will be specified if it differs from the initial time.
Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will only be processed the following Monday morning starting at 8 AM.
Due to high demand for some of our products, such as made-to-order items, delivery times may sometimes take longer than expected.
We do everything we can to deliver your products to your door as soon as possible.

Refund policy.
Our exchange or refund guarantee is valid for 30 days; beyond this period, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition it was received, it must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

A refund or exchange may be refused under certain conditions such as items with obvious signs of use such as underwear, accessories, beauty products, clothing, etc.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund is accepted, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or other original payment method.
Late or missing refunds.
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account. If it is still not done, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before it is posted.

Promotional items.
Only regular priced items are refundable, "clearance" items cannot be refunded.
Échanges.
We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange a product for a new item, please note that an item can only be exchanged once, send us an email at support@bohemia-rhapsody.comWe will provide you with the customer service address related to your delivery address.
You will need to pay your shipping fees to return your item and the shipping costs are non-refundable.
According to your place of residence, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending an item over €50, we recommend considering using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All lingerie sales are final and non-exchangeable.

Disputes and Competent Court.
In case of dispute or disagreement between the parties, the only court to be requested is that of Miami Dade County, Florida, USA.
